There is a new whisky book and yes, it has been written by an Austrian. Unknown and unnoticed by the whisky scene – which usually operates with a surveillance capacity like something out of 1984 – Martin Boba has created a well researched whisky guide complete with little stories about the samples contained therein. An impressive new approach is the added list of minimum, average and top prices a whisky call sell for on eBay, put together since 2004 for around 1200 Malts based on all international eBay auctions!

The book, originally intended as a personal research project, became quite extensive at one stage and as chance would have it, the 60th birthday of Martin Boba’s equally whisky loving father came around. Junior’s first book became a convincing present for the father, what a great gesture!
Apart from a few excusable cosmetic details, Boba’s book convinces in portraying the author’s taste with short stories in a believable and authentic way. Aside from point ratings for the malts the book also contains current average market prices.
The book is for sale at bargain price of EUR 18,--; for more information contact
